Distance (or, I Can’t Do This Anymore)
Hi Caitlin,
Here, check it out. Also, check this out, I was at the conference myself, and heard this simple, eye-opening idea…
Only 30% of Americans have a passport. Frustrated by this statistic, Tracey Friley created The Passport Party concept, a philanthropic travel-themed day time event that serves girls 11-16 by providing each girl with their very first passport, a vital travel tool that helps give girls a world view.
I wonder how many Australians have a passport? Or have had a chance to travel outside the country? For me, having the passport in my hand “planted the seed” in my head on wanting to see as much of this world as I can.
Take care…Steve Cavey…Des Moines, Washington (near Seattle)

Ah yes, I heard about this - brilliant idea! I had a passport when I was 9 to go to LA with my family. I didn’t get another one until days before I decided to go to SF for a YouTube party though. I remembered looking at the blank pages though and imagining them full of stamps. Passports are a very inspirational thing.

I don’t agree 100% with this quote. I still think that you can waste time, whether you enjoy it or not.
